Bring Your Kids to Work Day was such a highlight to this month! All the kiddos eagerly participated in interactive job shadowing, gaining insight into various career paths and discovering just exactly what mom or dad does here at The Tree. Thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to allow the kids to sit with you and get an inside look at all of the crucial roles here. I know they all really appreciated their time here with all of you.

Employee of the Month

Our Bloomington Employee of the the Month is none other than Ryen Williams! Ryen is a production worker at Cook Polymer and is one of Dillon’s candidates from an Indeed application. His supervisors are thrilled with his ability to grasp the training quickly. Here’s some feedback we were provided:

“Ryen was selected for his ability to pickup the training and complexities of his department, which has been notoriously difficult for many.  Typically the position requires 3 months of training before they are working independently, Ryen has this knocked out in 6-7 weeks.  They have been so impressed with him that they have been considering buy out options and he is already becoming a resource for other new employees to learn from.  He is changing the dynamic in the department.”
