We are excited to announce our Bloomington Employee of the Month: Kenaz Bailey!

Kenaz is one of Dillon’s candidates found through an Indeed application. Starting as a production worker, he quickly made a remarkable impact—within just four months, he earned a significant promotion and pay increase. Kenaz is now thriving in an engineering role at Cook Poly, where he has been hired on permanently.
